These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to ordering from AG Quick Bite through our mobile app, our website http://localhost:3000 and our counters. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

• You must provide a valid mobile number and accurate details, and keep your login secure. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of offers, fake orders or abusive behaviour towards our staff or riders.
• You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your account.

2. Orders

• An order is accepted when you receive an order number. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, the price shown was clearly wrong, or we suspect misuse.
• Menu photos are for presentation; items may look slightly different. Please tell us about allergies in the order note — our kitchens handle common allergens (gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy) and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free item.
• Delivery and preparation times are estimates and can change at busy times or in bad weather.

3. Prices, deals and payment

• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable sales tax unless shown otherwise. Delivery fees, if any, are shown before you place the order.
• Deals, combos and coupon codes are valid for the stated time, branches and quantities, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
• You can pay cash on delivery or at the counter, or online by card or wallet through our payment partners. Online payments are confirmed only after the payment partner approves them.

4. Delivery and pickup

• Please make sure someone is available at the address and reachable on the phone number given. If the rider cannot reach you, the order may be returned and charged.
• Pickup orders should be collected within 30 minutes of being ready.

5. Cancellations and refunds

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app or website — for example by placing fake orders, copying our content, trying to break our security, or using bots. Reviews must be honest and must not contain abusive content.

7. Liability

We provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
